• If you want to learn something like yoga then there are computer games that will help you with this. However you do need to remember that a competent teacher is not something you can completely replace with a computer game.

• Always make sure that the area around you is clear for exercise. The last thing you are going to want is to not have enough room to do the exercises or to get injured doing them because you have kicked something in the room.

• Getting in shape is going to require a bit more than just buying the computer game. You need to be disciplined and build up a regular habit of playing them. Start off slowly and build yourself up.
